Shipping policy

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Non-personalized orders generally ship within 1-2 days.  Personalized orders can take up to 7-10 days to ship once your proof is approved.  Personalized products are custom-created once you place your order, so we encourage you to plan ahead, especially around the holidays when shipping times generally increase.  

Standard shipping will add 1-5 days to your order’s turnaround time and will depend on your distance from our studio located in Eastern Pennsylvania.  Please consider using a faster shipping method if your order is time sensitive.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship all orders by default thru the US Post Office but UPS and FedEx are available at an additional cost.  Orders under $15 generally do not include tracking unless a shipping upgrade is purchase with the order.  Please note that the post office unfortunately does not guarantee their transit times and any delivery estimate provided is their average transit time.

Will sales tax apply to my order?

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania.  We are not required to collect sales tax on orders outside of Pennsylvania.
